MB&A and the District of Columbia General Services combine to automate the management of critical infrastructure

Millsapps, Ballinger, & Associates (MB&A), a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), announced today that the company has contracted with the District of Columbia General Services (DCGS) to provide the asset management tool called ExAM for DCGS facilities. That tool, the Extensible Assessment Management (ExAM), is an affordable, flexible and robust tool that sits atop the force.com platform.

ExAM (ExAM4government.com) provides a robust management tool that is meeting the requirements put forth by DCGS, and provides mobile reporting, inspection and work flow management capabilites. ExAM is already being utilized by Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) for school inspections, incident reporting, and the monitoring of required school drills. DCGS plans to implement ExAM over a broad spectrum to include pest control, snow removal, and facility inspections.
